Rat control
Rats are an invasive species, taking advantage of their surroundings and are well known for living around humans. They are also, quite worryingly, spreaders of disease such as Weil's disease, E. coli and salmonella to name a few. Additionally rats are avid and competent at chewing and will very happily gnaw through masonry, metal pipes and electrical cabling. This can cause a great deal of damage to a building and the people within it.
Mice control
Much like rats, mice spread disease and are often found in buildings as they hunt for shelter and food. This is especially prevalent during the colder months as they seek shelter from the cold. Mice can quickly and easily gain access to properties due to their size and agility, being able to fit through very small gaps and scale vertical walls.

Squirrel control
The squirrel is often considered a cute and cuddly animal, that is until it makes its nest in your loft or chimney. Much like rats, a squirrel's teeth constantly grow so they gnaw almost anything to keep their incisors trim. The squirrel is an ingenious animal and once in your property, it is not always easy to remove them.
Once in your property, a squirrel will happily chew on wooden joists, electric cables and through water pipes. This can cause a whole host of problems in any property from an internal water leak to a fire.
